
As I type this, I’m putting the finishing touches on the Best Body Workouts for 2012.
This year, I am attempting to do the impossible….. to design workouts that work equally well for:
As a result, I have been fussing over how to scale these workouts for the past two months.
Next week, I want you to focus on low intensity workouts – cardio, flexibility, yoga, pilates, dance classes, etc.
The following week, Jan. 30, we begin Best Body Workouts 2012

Looking forward to it! Greatly enjoyed them so far. Thanks for putting them together, it’s really helped me decrease my body fat, tone up everywhere (looking good by the pool), and become a better overall “athlete”.
