Researchers have found that high-resistance circuit weight training is equally as effective as traditional strength training for improving:

  1. Maximum Strength
  2. Maximum Power
  3. Shuttle-Run Performance (speed & agility)
  4. Lean Muscle Mass

And when it comes to fat loss, circuit training is the best.

Check out (www.20SecondFitness.com ). it’s the only dvd workout for home that does the Tabata Protocol method of 20/10. I don’t have time to go to the gym, so i put on these dvd’s and go for 4, 8 or 12 minutes and i’m done for the day……It’s awesome!
The program consists of 40 workouts on 6 DVD’s, that requires 4 – 12 minutes a day, and a set of 5 gym quality resistance bands, a jump rope, food guide and progress wall calendar. Believe me…..it’s a great buy!

Circuit training is cool! It's great for those who stopped seeing results, for shaking up a little bit :)

I believe in a combination of both high-resistance circuit training and traditional strength training for the most effective results.
