Also, in Dara&#039;s video she says that regular stretching was adding unnecessary bulk to her frame...huh?

I would definitely need to see some more vids of this in action to really get what it&#039;s all about.</description>

However, I have used self-directed resistance stretching to repair the tight hips I earned through years of lifting very heavy weights. Years of static stretching never made a dent in my hip flexors &amp; abductors.</description>
