The mothers and mothers-to-be must be educated and change their ways. I doubt if breast milk is the culprit and suspect the babies are getting fat on formula or other foods. The other variable is obese mothers tend to birth obese babies. Having said this, someone needs to do a study on the fat content of breast milk in obeses vs normal size babies.
