You'll enjoy it. I made it for the Super Bowl and people couldn't even tell that it was healthy.

Gavan's got even more recipes over at <a href="http://thehealthyirishman.com/" rel="nofollow">his blog</a>

I am so glad I found your recipe. I just picked up 4 packs of pits pockets for $1. on clearance (they are about to expire). I am going to try your hummus recipe also. Thanks for posting them. It isn't easy to find truly healthy food recipes.

I know many of the comments about your new blog design said that they weren't too keen on the recipe part, but I disagree, and this post is one of the reasons why.

Food is so much associated with events in our lives and many people just don't know simple alternatives they can eat.

I'm a huge fan of hummus, in fact I had some on a bagel this morning for breakfast. IMHO, it's one of the most under utilized foods out there. I think this is because many people are intimidated by it, not knowing how to make it themselves. Plus, premade in the grocery, it's kind of expensive.

Great post, and I'll be sure to try out the Lavish Pizza.
