Regarding cultivating your &quot;want to&quot; attitude, i would suggest you look at the physical things that you actually enjoy / tolerate doing.

I actually enjoy lifting weights. I am a naturally strong person , so I get a nice ego boost when I can lift more today then I did the day before.

For most people, lifting weights is a necessary evil at best. Most find it boring and pointless.

Because of that, I need to design workouts for my clients that engage their minds as well as their body.

We need to engage your mind in your exercise program.

I am curious when your segments on Path #3 will be coming out...

As you said, it is definitely the most difficult. I have recently embarked on the lifelong journey of getting healthy.

I have &quot;dieted&quot; so much in the past that I have pretty good practice on what to do in that area, and from your blogs, I am not too far off the mark.

With exercise, to me, it is a necessary evil to a necessary acheivement. I have never been avid with it, but now I have to, and have made up my mind to do it. I appreciate all your work in posting the proper methods to attain results.

I am so very curious to discover what you have to say about Path #3. I need to learn how to &quot;Cultivate my &#039;want to&#039;&quot;, so to speak. Any and all advice I can locate will help!
