I become seriously grumpy. Just ask my wife.

I thrive on more of a Mediterranean / Paleo approach. Stable energy levels, keeps body-fat down while keeping strength/athletic performance up. And I don&#039;t get grumpy.

		<description>I have been working on a new diet/exercise program for a while now - and I am finding that if I don&#039;t eat carbs I have no energy at all to go to the gym. Sugar gives me a headache -- so I really just try to listen to my body... It&#039;s working so far. I think that portions are a very HUGE part of losing weight and being healthy... more than exactly what you eat... but these diets were helpful to read about...thank you for sharing!</description>
